At Love, OkiiShii, we believe that every celebration tells a beautiful story. Through thoughtful product photography, genuine customer experiences and carefully curated social-media content, we enjoy sharing the details that make our favours special.

Our collection includes products available in their existing designs, as well as selected favours that may be personalized for weddings, celebrations, corporate events and other meaningful occasions.

We recognize that some orders may contain personal, private or business-related information. We therefore aim to handle photographs, reviews, customer-created content and promotional materials with care and respect.

This policy explains how Love, OkiiShii may photograph its products, share customer experiences, use reviews and manage privacy preferences relating to our website, marketing and social-media activities.

1. Product Photography & Video Recording

Love, OkiiShii may photograph or record products and completed orders for legitimate business purposes, including:

  • Quality-control records
  • Order documentation
  • Product portfolio development
  • Website photographs and product displays

  • Demonstrations of available product styles
  • Examples of approved personalization and decorative finishes

Photographs and videos may feature completed favours, packaging, ribbons, decorative arrangements, product details or other elements of an order.

Some photographs may be retained for internal operational purposes, while others may be considered for public promotional use.

Taking a photograph for internal quality-control or recordkeeping purposes does not automatically mean that the photograph will be published.

Love, OkiiShii will consider the nature of the order, any personal information visible and the customer's expressed privacy preferences before using images publicly.

2. Personalized Orders & Identifying Information

Not all Love, OkiiShii products are customizable.

However, selected favours may contain personal or event-specific details, including:

  • First names or initials
  • Couple's names
  • Event dates
  • Personalized wording or messages
  • Business names
  • Corporate logos
  • Customer-supplied artwork
  • Other identifying or event-related details

Customers who prefer that their personalized orders are not photographed for public display or featured in promotional content should notify Love, OkiiShii in writing before production begins, where possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to record and honour these preferences.

Where appropriate, we may photograph products without displaying identifying details or use alternative product imagery.

Personalization information provided for an order does not automatically constitute permission to publicize that information.

Love, OkiiShii will take reasonable care when deciding whether customer names, photographs, event information or business branding are appropriate for public display.

3. Private & Confidential Information

Love, OkiiShii will not intentionally publish customers' confidential banking, contact or private order information.

This includes:

  • Residential addresses
  • Personal telephone numbers
  • Private email addresses
  • Bank-account details
  • Payment information
  • Private order correspondence
  • Confidential business information
  • Other sensitive personal information

Where private information appears unintentionally in a photograph or video, we will make reasonable efforts to remove, crop, blur or otherwise obscure that information before publication.

We may also choose not to publish an image if the identifying details cannot be adequately protected.

Customers should avoid including unnecessary private or sensitive information in artwork, messages or other materials submitted for their orders.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Photographs & Videos of People

Permission to photograph or display a Love, OkiiShii product does not automatically include permission to publish identifiable images of individuals.

This applies to:

  • Customers
  • Event guests
  • Wedding parties
  • Employees or corporate representatives
  • Children
  • Other identifiable individuals

Where we wish to use an identifiable person's photograph or video for marketing, advertising or promotional purposes, we will seek appropriate permission before publication.

Additional care will be taken when photographs or videos involve children.

Where permission is required for the promotional use of a child's image, appropriate consent must be obtained from a parent or legal guardian.

Love, OkiiShii may decline to publish photographs where appropriate consent cannot be established.

5. Customer Privacy Requests & Promotional Opt-Out

Customers may request that photographs or videos of their completed orders not be used publicly for promotional purposes.

Privacy requests should be submitted through an approved Love, OkiiShii communication channel, preferably before production begins.

Customers may request privacy for reasons including:

  • Surprise celebrations
  • Weddings or events that have not yet been announced
  • Private family occasions
  • Confidential corporate projects
  • Products containing personal photographs
  • Products featuring names or private messages
  • Unreleased business branding
  • Other personal or commercial privacy concerns

We will make reasonable efforts to respect requests communicated before photographs are selected or published for promotional purposes.

Internal Photography & Recordkeeping

A request to exclude an order from public promotional use does not necessarily prevent Love, OkiiShii from retaining limited internal photographs where reasonably necessary and lawful for:

  • Quality-control documentation
  • Order verification
  • Production records
  • Complaint investigations
  • Dispute resolution
  • Other legitimate business recordkeeping

Internal photographs are not automatically authorized for public marketing use.

Such records will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection requirements.

6. Requests to Remove Previously Published Content

Customers may contact Love, OkiiShii to request the removal of a photograph, video, review or other content associated with their order.

Where appropriate, Love, OkiiShii will make reasonable efforts to remove the relevant material from channels under our direct control.

  • Promotional content we can still edit or withdraw
  • Other digital channels directly administered by Love, OkiiShii

However, once material has been published online, we cannot guarantee the complete removal of:

  • Screenshots made by third parties

  • Previously downloaded images
  • Search-engine caches
  • Archived copies maintained by independent services

Requests involving personal information or applicable privacy rights will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and relevant legal obligations.

7. Customer-Created Photographs & Videos

Customers may choose to photograph, record or share their Love, OkiiShii products on social media.

We welcome customers sharing their genuine experiences.

However, tagging, mentioning or identifying Love, OkiiShii in a photograph or video does not automatically transfer ownership of that content to our business.

Customer-created photographs, videos and other original creative materials remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.

Where Love, OkiiShii wishes to repost or otherwise use customer-created content, we may request permission from the person authorized to grant that use.

Permission may be provided through an appropriate written communication channel.

8. Permission to Repost Customer Content

Where a customer grants permission for Love, OkiiShii to use their original photograph, video or other creative content, that permission will apply to the agreed use.

Depending on the permission provided, authorized use may include:

  • Reposting on official Love, OkiiShii social-media accounts
  • Displaying content on our website
  • Featuring content in a customer testimonial
  • Sharing the content through other agreed brand channels
  • Using the content in promotional materials where separately authorized

Permission to repost content on one platform does not automatically grant unrestricted rights to use it in unrelated advertising or commercial campaigns.

We will make reasonable efforts to respect the agreed scope of permission.

Where requested and reasonably practical, appropriate attribution may be provided.

Customers should ensure that they have the necessary rights and permissions before authorizing Love, OkiiShii to use content featuring other identifiable individuals.

Any proposed promotional use involving identifiable children will require appropriate consent.

9. Customer Reviews & Testimonials

Love, OkiiShii welcomes honest reviews, testimonials and feedback from customers.

Customer experiences help us understand what we are doing well and where improvements may be needed.

Reviews should reflect the customer's genuine experience with our products or services.

With appropriate permission or another lawful basis for the intended use, Love, OkiiShii may display customer reviews or testimonials through:

  • Our website
  • Official social-media accounts
  • Marketing materials
  • Promotional graphics
  • Other approved business channels

Reviews may be presented in written form or incorporated into approved promotional designs.

Where appropriate, testimonials may identify customers by a first name, initials or another agreed form of attribution.

We will take reasonable care not to disclose unnecessary private customer information.

Love, OkiiShii will not knowingly fabricate customer reviews or present misleading testimonials as genuine customer experiences.

Editing Customer Reviews

Minor edits may be made for spelling, punctuation, formatting, readability or length, provided the changes do not materially alter the review's meaning.

We will not intentionally edit a review in a manner that falsely changes the customer's opinion.

Private feedback submitted through email, WhatsApp or another private communication channel will not automatically be treated as unrestricted permission to publish that communication.

Where appropriate, we will request permission before using private customer feedback as a public testimonial.

10. Incentivized Reviews & Promotional Feedback

Love, OkiiShii may occasionally offer a promotional incentive, gift, discount or other benefit in connection with a customer review or feedback opportunity.

Where this occurs, customers are expected to provide their genuine opinions.

An incentive does not require or entitle Love, OkiiShii to receive a positive review.

Customers may express positive, neutral or negative experiences without being required to change their opinions.

Where applicable, Love, OkiiShii will disclose material incentives or promotional relationships in accordance with relevant advertising requirements and platform rules.

We will not knowingly present an incentivized review as an entirely independent, unincentivized customer experience where disclosure is required.

11. Review Moderation & Content Standards

Love, OkiiShii may moderate customer reviews, public comments or other content displayed through channels under our control.

We may decline to publish, hide or remove content that contains:

  • Threats or harassment
  • Hate speech or discriminatory abuse
  • Personal attacks
  • Confidential or private information
  • Spam or unrelated advertising
  • Malicious links
  • Fraudulent or knowingly false claims

Moderation decisions will be made with reasonable consideration of the nature and context of the content.

Legitimate criticism will not be removed simply because it is negative.

Customers are encouraged to communicate genuine service concerns through our official contact channels so that we have an opportunity to investigate and respond appropriately.

12. Social-Media Enquiries & Order Requests

Customers may contact Love, OkiiShii through our official social-media accounts for general enquiries about products, availability and ordering.

However, a social-media message or conversation alone does not automatically constitute a confirmed order.

Customers should begin the formal ordering process by completing the Start Your Order form on loveokiishii.com.

The form allows us to collect the information required to review a request and prepare an accurate quotation.

Depending on the order, this may include:

  • Selected product and design
  • Required quantity
  • Event type and event date
  • Available personalization preferences
  • Approved artwork or wording, where applicable
  • Customer and recipient contact details
  • Preferred Knutsford Express courier collection location
  • Other relevant order information

Love, OkiiShii will review the request and confirm whether the selected product and delivery arrangements can be accommodated.

An enquiry, social-media conversation or quotation does not reserve a production slot.

Orders are confirmed only after Love, OkiiShii accepts the order and the required payment has cleared in our designated bank account.

13. Written Order Confirmations & Design Approvals

Important order information may need to be confirmed through email, WhatsApp or another written communication channel approved by Love, OkiiShii.

Written confirmations may be required for:

  • Product selection
  • Quantities
  • Agreed personalization details
  • Names, dates or wording
  • Design proof approval, where applicable
  • Quoted pricing
  • Deposit and final payment requirements
  • Event dates
  • Courier recipient information
  • Knutsford Express collection location
  • Requested order changes
  • Cancellations or other important arrangements

Customers are encouraged to retain relevant written communications relating to their orders.

Where there is uncertainty about an order detail, the latest applicable written instruction accepted by both parties may be used to help determine the agreed arrangement.

Design Proofs

Not all Love, OkiiShii products are customizable, and design proofs are provided only where they form part of the agreed personalization service.

Where a proof is provided, customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable details carefully before approving production.

Design approvals and revisions are governed by our Custom Orders & Design Approval Policy.

14. Processing, Courier Dispatch & Customer Communications

Love, OkiiShii operates with one standard estimated processing period of 7–14 calendar days, including weekends.

We do not offer rush orders or expedited production.

The processing period begins only after all applicable order-start requirements have been completed, including order acceptance, payment clearance and any necessary design approvals.

Courier transportation time is separate from processing time.

Love, OkiiShii currently provides free standard Knutsford Express courier shipping for accepted, eligible orders to supported courier collection locations within Jamaica.

We do not offer direct business pickup, home delivery or international shipping.

Customers may receive necessary order-related communications concerning:

  • Order acceptance and confirmation
  • Outstanding information or design approvals
  • Payment instructions and verification
  • Processing updates
  • Important changes affecting an order
  • Final balance requirements
  • Courier dispatch information
  • Knutsford Express collection arrangements
  • Customer-service concerns

These communications are transactional and relate to the management or fulfilment of an active order.

They are separate from optional promotional marketing messages.

Customers should ensure that their contact and recipient details remain accurate throughout the ordering process.

15. Marketing Communications & Customer Choice

Customers may choose whether to follow Love, OkiiShii on social media, subscribe to promotional communications or engage with our marketing content.

Where marketing subscriptions are available, customers may unsubscribe or opt out using the relevant method provided.

Customers may also contact Love, OkiiShii to request that optional promotional communications be discontinued.

We will handle such requests in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable requirements.

Opting out of promotional messages does not automatically prevent Love, OkiiShii from sending necessary communications concerning an active order.

These may include:

  • Payment-related information
  • Design approval requests
  • Processing notifications
  • Courier dispatch details
  • Collection information
  • Important order changes
  • Customer-service responses

We do not treat a customer's decision to place an order as automatic consent to receive unrelated promotional messages.

Where a promotion is offered, additional eligibility requirements, entry instructions or specific terms may apply.

Participation in a promotion may be subject to:

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions organized by Love, OkiiShii are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or formally associated with the social-media platform on which they appear.

Love, OkiiShii will make reasonable efforts to communicate the applicable promotion rules clearly.

17. Intellectual Property & Ownership of Content

Customer-supplied photographs, logos, artwork and other creative materials remain subject to the rights of their lawful owners.

Love, OkiiShii does not automatically acquire ownership of customer-created content because it is submitted for an order, shared on social media or used in an approved testimonial.

Similarly, Love, OkiiShii retains its applicable rights in original creative materials produced by or for the business, including:

  • Original product photography
  • Videos
  • Brand graphics
  • Marketing artwork
  • Website content
  • Original promotional designs
  • Other protected creative materials

The use of customer-supplied materials in eligible personalized products is governed by our Intellectual Property & Customer-Supplied Content Policy.

Customers wishing to reproduce original Love, OkiiShii creative materials outside the scope of their purchase should request appropriate permission.

Any agreed permission should be confirmed in writing.

18. Privacy & Handling of Customer Content

Love, OkiiShii may receive personal information through order requests, customer communications, submitted artwork, reviews or social-media interactions.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include:
