1. Our Delivery Service

At Love, OkiiShii, we believe that receiving your thoughtfully curated favours should be just as special as the celebration itself.

We offer islandwide courier delivery throughout Jamaica using Knutsford Express Courier Services, allowing customers to collect their completed orders from an available Knutsford Express courier location.

Our standard delivery arrangement is courier branch collection, not home delivery.

International shipping is not currently available.

All courier arrangements are subject to location availability, package suitability and acceptance by Knutsford Express.

2. Available Courier Locations

Customers may select their preferred Knutsford Express courier destination from the available locations across Jamaica.

Current courier locations include:

  • Kingston: New Kingston, Harbour View and Washington Boulevard
  • St. Catherine: Angels (Spanish Town) and Portmore
  • St. Ann: Drax Hall and Ocho Rios
  • St. James: Montego Bay (Pier 1) and Montego Bay Airport
  • St. Elizabeth: Gutters and Luana
  • Westmoreland: Negril and Savanna-La-Mar
  • Trelawny: Falmouth
  • Hanover: Lucea
  • Manchester: Mandeville
  • Clarendon: May Pen
  • Portland: Port Antonio
  • St. Mary: Port Maria

Courier locations and operating hours are managed by Knutsford Express and may change without prior notice.

Love, OkiiShii will confirm the requested courier destination before dispatching an order.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping is free.

Any additional shipping arrangements requiring customer approval will be communicated before dispatch.

4. Production & Dispatch Timelines

Every Love, OkiiShii order is prepared with care and attention to its approved details.

Our production timelines are separate from courier transit times.

The estimated production period will be communicated in your quotation or order confirmation and may depend on:

  • The products and quantities requested
  • Materials and supplies availability
  • Personalisation and design requirements
  • Final approval of order details
  • Standard arrangements

Production begins only after the required deposit has cleared, all necessary order details have been confirmed and any applicable design approvals have been received.

Once your order is completed and ready for dispatch, we will arrange shipment through Knutsford Express.

Courier transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed by Love, OkiiShii.

Please allow sufficient time when placing orders for weddings, birthdays, showers and other date-sensitive celebrations.

5. Payment Before Dispatch

Love, OkiiShii operates on a quotation and bank-transfer payment basis.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is generally required to confirm an order and begin production, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The remaining balance, payable to Love, OkiiShii, must be fully paid and cleared before your order is released for dispatch.

Payment screenshots or transfer receipts alone do not constitute confirmation of cleared funds.

Orders will not be dispatched until all required payments have been received and verified.

6. Dispatch Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been handed over to Knutsford Express, Love, OkiiShii will provide the relevant dispatch information when available.

This may include:

  • Confirmation that your order has been dispatched
  • Your designated Knutsford Express collection location
  • Courier tracking or waybill details, where provided
  • Any additional information needed to collect your package

Customers may use the tracking information supplied to follow the progress of their shipment.

We recommend monitoring your package and making arrangements for collection promptly after its arrival.

7. Collecting Your Order

Customers are responsible for collecting their orders from the confirmed Knutsford Express courier destination.

Please ensure that your recipient information is accurate and that the designated recipient is available to collect the package.

Knutsford Express may require identification, tracking information or other collection details before releasing a shipment.

Important: Knutsford Express advises that storage fees may apply when a package remains uncollected for more than five days after arrival.

Customers are responsible for any applicable storage or late-collection charges imposed by the courier.

Please consult Knutsford Express directly for its current collection requirements and storage policies.

8. Delivery Delays

Although we take care to prepare and dispatch orders within the agreed timeframe, courier delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our direct control.

These may include:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • Road closures or traffic disruptions
  • Public holidays
  • Changes to courier schedules
  • Operational delays
  • Incorrect or incomplete recipient information
  • Other unforeseen circumstances affecting transportation

Love, OkiiShii will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with shipment enquiries or concerns.

However, once a package has been accepted by Knutsford Express, transportation and delivery are carried out under the courier's applicable service conditions.

We encourage customers to place time-sensitive orders well in advance of their event dates.

9. Fragile, Edible & Special-Care Items

Many Love, OkiiShii favours feature delicate decorative elements, including glass containers, ribbons, pearls and carefully arranged embellishments.

We take reasonable care to package items appropriately for their intended courier journey.

However, some products may be unsuitable for courier transportation or subject to restrictions imposed by Knutsford Express.

Products containing edible items, fragrances, liquids or other special-care materials may require additional review before courier delivery can be confirmed.

If a product cannot be accepted by the courier, Love, OkiiShii will discuss the available options with the customer before proceeding with the affected shipping arrangement.

Customers should follow any product care instructions provided with their orders.

10. Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Orders

We want every Love, OkiiShii order to arrive in beautiful condition.

We recommend inspecting your package promptly upon collection.

If you notice damage, missing items or another concern, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible, preferably within 48 hours of collection.

Where available, please provide:

  • Your name and order reference
  • A description of the concern
  • Clear photographs of the affected products
  • Photographs of the external packaging
  • The courier tracking or waybill information

Please retain the packaging until the matter has been reviewed, where reasonably practical.

Love, OkiiShii will review the information provided and assist with the appropriate next steps, including courier enquiries where necessary.

Any applicable refund, replacement or other remedy will be assessed in accordance with our relevant policies and applicable consumer-protection requirements.

11. Incorrect Courier Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate recipient details and selecting the correct courier destination during the ordering process.

If you need to change your delivery information, please notify Love, OkiiShii as early as possible.

Changes requested after dispatch may not be possible and could result in additional courier charges.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but any rerouting or destination change remains subject to approval and availability through Knutsford Express.

12. Courier Service Terms

Knutsford Express Courier Services operates independently of Love, OkiiShii.

All shipments are subject to the courier's applicable regulations, operating procedures, service restrictions and collection requirements.
